 The Parent & Tot program is designed to give your child the best learning experience that is filled with fun and excitement for boys and girls ages 18 months to 3rd birthday.

Whether you have gold medal aspirations or just looking to try it, our beginner class will build your strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility making gymnastics a great gateway to other sports. Must be 3yr old.

Our mixed levels class is designed for those who are ready to refine their skills and reach new heights. Class options are 50min or 1hr.

Our intermediate and advanced classes bridge the gap between foundational skills and more advanced gymnastics, with gymnasts training on all around events.

Our girls ninja and tumbling class will focus on improving tumbling skills on floor while building strength on our newly installed ninja course.

Our Ninja class focuses on strength and agility in a fun and safe environment. This high energy class is action packed with a warped wall and ninja course.

Our beginner dance classes focus on introducing fundamental techniques, terminology, and steps, often with a playful approach for younger students. 

Tues: 4:15pm - 5:00pm
